About Me

Hi there! 👋 I'm Kevin, and I love traveling the world and exploring new things. I graduated from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor in Computer Science and a minor in UI/UX. Throughout my time at UMich, I started getting the opportunity to travel through hackathons - aka college coding competitions. They were a great opportunity for me to meet new people and also explore the world!

Nowadays, I work as a Software Engineer at Uber, and on the weekends I travel as a Major League Hacking Coach. Every other week, I travel across North America helping hackathon organizers host their event and mentor college students on their projects. I'm always thankful for the opportunity to contribute to the thing that gave me purpose in college. The doors hackathons opened (along with Spirit Airlines) are invaluable to my development as both a person and my worldview.

Outside of hackathons, I travel for personal reasons, from seeing friends and family to exploring new places. On this site, I'll be writing my thoughts on that and treating it as a place to record my memories.
